3. Services

Our in-person organizing sessions connect you with trained organizers who transform cluttered spaces into functional areas.

3.1 Scheduling and Cancellations

Clients may schedule sessions via our contact form. To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the session. Cancellations less than 48 hours ahead are non-refundable due to planning and staffing commitments.

3.2 Refund Policy for Services

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method within 7 business days after confirmation. If you need to move your session, submit a rescheduling request via our contact form at least 48 hours in advance. Late change requests may not be accommodated and will remain non-refundable.

4. Digital Products

Our infoproducts include downloadable guides and video courses on efficient decluttering techniques.

4.1 Access and Refunds

Upon purchase, you gain immediate access to digital content. We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if fewer than 30% of the materials have been accessed. To request a refund, complete our contact form. Once approved, refunds are issued within 10 business days.

5. Physical Products

We offer branded organizing supplies and accessories. Orders typically ship within 3 business days.

5.1 Shipping and Replacements

If a product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement or a refund. To send back the item and request a replacement, follow instructions provided via our contact form. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Approved refunds are completed within 7 business days after we receive the item.

6. Non-Refundable Items and Exceptions

Certain offerings, such as special event bookings and gift vouchers, are non-refundable due to the time-sensitive nature of scheduling and resource allocation.
